Willie Suniga Rosales, 71, of Highlands, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at his residence.
Willie was born in Yoakum, to parents; Esteban and Maria Dominga Suniga Rosales, a former resident of Baytown, and has resided in Highlands for the past three years. He was the pastor of the Iglesia Bautista Nueva Vida. Willie enjoyed his ministry, mission work, and singing.
Mr. Rosales was preceded in death by his parents, mother of his children: Angelina Garza, daughter: Adelaida Rosales, son-in-law: Jeffrey Licon, and great-grandson: Alexzavier Manuel Renteria. He is survived by his wife: Angie Coronado Rosales, son: Javier Rosales and wife Cynthia Ann, daughter: Gwendolyn Rosales Licon, stepdaughter: Michelle Clay, stepson: Miguel Coronado, sisters: Hortencia Lopez and husband Jimmy, Amelia Judkins, Angie Martinez, Susie Garcia and husband Alonso, and Janie Ochoa and husband Robert, brothers: John Rosales and Narciso Rosales and wife Mary, stepsister: Cru Zita Flores, grandchildren: Andrea Adelaida Renteria and husband Juan Manuel, III, Amber Byanka Rosales, Koryna Mia Licon, Noah Jacob Licon, step-grandchildren: Kayli Ann Coronado and husband Josh Miranda, Michael Coronado, Anna Coronado, and Miguel Coronado, Jr., great-grandchildren: Joshua Miranda, Marcelia Sophia Renteria, Sophia Rosalee Miranda, and Elijah Antonio Coronado, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 6, 2021, at the Wooster Baptist Church at 7007 Bayway Dr., Baytown, Texas 77520, with services concluding thereafter.
