“Tommy” Thomas P. Eubanks, Jr., 73, of Old River/Winfree, passed away August 30, 2021, in Baytown.
Tommy was born September 21, 1947 in Kilbourne, Louisiana, to parents; Thomas P., Sr. and Mary E. Ainsworth Eubanks, and has resided in the Old River/Winfree area for the past 37 years. He was a high school graduate in Kilbourne, and a successful owner of multiple businesses including Eubanks AC & Heating. Tommy also enjoyed his family, work, fishing, hunting, and playing cards.
Mr. Eubanks was preceded in death by his parents, son: Rance Cody Eubanks, and brothers: Brooks, Wayne, and Gerald Eubanks. He is survived by his wife: Lona Robinson Eubanks, children: T.J. Eubanks and wife Joy, Michelle West and husband Steve, John Eubanks and wife Maggie, Tonya Howell and husband Michael, Rodney Cantrell Eubanks, and Kelly Baker and husband Jimmy, brother: Tim Eubanks, sister: Rebecca Lambert, 16 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Palms Memorial Park Cemetery in Dayton.
