Sharon Gill LeBlanc, age 78, peacefully passed away on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at her home in Baytown Texas. Sharon was born in Orange Texas on September 16, 1939 to Hollis Glynn Gill and Sylvia Eugenia Toney, who predeceased her in death. She was also predeceased by one daughter, Shawna Donielle Rayburn and one son, Larry Glynn (Beau) Rayburn.

Sharon fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse and more recently was a Petroleum Landman having worked in over 17 states. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to all. She loved to travel and enjoyed tooling around in her red T-Bird convertible.

She is survived by her husband, Gillis J. LeBlanc, Jr., one daughter, Deborah Rayburn Conejo (Danny), two sons, Gregory Don Rayburn and Dwayne Marshall Rayburn (Monica), one stepson, Rodney John LeBlanc (Marie), nine grandchildren,  Shana Elizabeth Villagomez Thibodeaux (Mark), Shelby Catherine Haacker-Hunt (Amanda), Damon Lawrence Rayburn (Christopher), Christina Marie Ramey (Scott), Joseph LeBlanc (Brooke), Jordan Matthew LeBlanc, Eric Phillip LeBlanc, McKenzie Jennings Boutte (Tavin) and Gabrielle Joy LeBlanc, three step grandchildren, Rebecca Conejo, Christian Conejo and David Conejo. five great grandchildren, Noah Jay LeBlanc, Phailin Amie Thibodeaux, Avery Michelle Ramey, Bo Lily Thibodeaux and Frances Marie LeBlanc.  She is also survived by one sister, Glynda Gill Gros and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service will be held at Lafayette Memorial Park, 2111 Pinhook Rd., Lafayette, LA. on Saturday, September 8, 2018, with the receiving of guests beginning at 11:30 and services beginning at 12:15.

In lieu of flowers Sharon requested that donations be made to St. Jude’s memorial in her name.
