Rosalba “Rosie” Garcia Montalvo, 65, of Channelview, passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2023, in Baytown, Texas.

Rosie was born on October 20, 1957 in Madero, Tamaulipas, Mexico, to parents; Baldemar Arispe and Hilaria Sanchez Garcia. She has resided in Channelview for 22 years and was a former resident of Houston, Texas.

Mrs. Montalvo was preceded in death by her parents, son: Felipe Montalvo Jr., great-granddaughter: Isabella Johnson

She is survived by her husband of 33 years: Felipe Montalvo, children: Maria Christina Pumarejo, Hilaria Morrison and her husband Jared, Anna Krystal Pumarejo and her husband Daniel Hernandez, and Francisco Xavier Montalvo, siblings: Beatriz Mercado and her husband Daniel, Patrica Jaimes, Oscar Garcia Jr., and Margarita Perez, grandchildren: Hilaria, Xavier, Jacqueline, Joceline, Felipe, Emmanuel, Jayden, Jareth, Jade, Jameson, Efrain, Evan, Elora, Juan Carlos, Mathew, and Camila, and great-grandchildren: Olivia, Legend, and Lorian, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
