Robert (Bob) Paul Mullins, Sr., 63, of Dayton, TX went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, April 11, 2017.  He was born in Baytown, TX on December 18, 1953 to Otto and Melba Mullins.  Bob has lived in Dayton, TX for the last 35 years.  He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a longtime employee of Enterprise Products. Bob enjoyed outdoor activities; hunting with his sons, hiking, and metal detecting.  He was an avid home brewer.  He volunteered with Boy Scouts and was an excellent dance-prop grandpa.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Otto and Melba Mullins.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Connie Mullins; three sons, Jamie Pepper, and wife Shelly, Teddy Pepper, and Robert Paul Mullins, Jr., and wife Emily; grandchildren, Austin and Lauren Pepper; a great grandson, Kyle Pepper; sisters, Sandra May, and Laura McCamey; a brother, Darrel Mullins; as well as other family members and friends.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be Jamie Pepper, Teddy Pepper, Robert Paul Mullins, Jr., Austin Pepper, Brian Teed, Leroy Stohs, Billy Carden, and Roger Hebert.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer’s Association, Parkinson’s Association, and Diabetes Association.
