Robert J. "Bob" Sewell

Robert J. “Bob” Sewell, 83, of Baytown, passed away Wednesday, March 4, 2020, at his residence.

Bob was born March 28, 1936 in St. Louis, Missouri, to parents; Cleo J. and Margaret Michon Sewell, and a resident of Baytown for over 28 years.  He received his Bachelor of Science from Washington University, was a retired Electrical Engineer from NASA, and Lutheran by faith.  Bob also enjoyed working on cars, his planes, and his dogs.

Mr. Sewell was preceded in death by his parents:  Cleo J. and Margaret Michon Sewell and brother:  Eugene Sewell.  He is survived by his common law wife:  Barbara Hutchinson Glover, daughter:  Jackie Sewell, son:  Michael Sewell, brother:  Richard Sewell, numerus grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2020, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 13, 2020, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel in Baytown, with services concluding thereafter.  Graveside services will be held at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
