Robert H. “Bob” Brockman, 83, of Woodville, passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2021, in Baytown.
Bob was born September 18, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio, to parents; Clarence C. Brockman and Gertrude Rouff, and was a resident of Baytown for 40 years. He was a retired veteran of the US Navy with service during Vietnam, a local recruiter for the Navy, and small engine repairman. Bob held memberships in VFW Post #912 and the American Legion. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, and collecting antique tractors.
Mr. Brockman was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his wife of 63 years: Geri Mullens Brockman, daughters: Rhonda Dodd and husband Terry and Dana Padgett and husband Mike, brothers: Clarence Brockman, Jim Brockman, and Don Brockman, sisters: Shirley Boconegra, Judy Koonheim, and Janet Thompson, grandchildren: Crystal Shepherd, Malloury Keeling, Kady Keeling, Michael Padgett, Heath Padgett, and Tyler Padgett, nine great-grandchildren with one on the way, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Memorial services and gathering of friends and family will be held from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday, June 1, 2021, at 5911 Red Fish Run, Baytown, Texas 77523.
