Richard Wilson Dugger, 66, of Dayton, passed away Wednesday, November 11, 2020, in Baytown.
Richard was born January 31, 1954 in Dallas, to parents; Buford Wilson and Mary Elizabeth Anderson Dugger, a former resident of Baytown, and has resided in Dayton for the past 11 years. He obtained a bachelor’s degree and was a senior lab analyst for CP Chem. Richard also enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Mr. Dugger was preceded in death by his mother: Mary Anderson Dugger, and grandparents: Roy Lee Anderson, Sr., Hattie Biggerstaff Anderson, John Buford Dugger, and Vera Loucille Wilson Dugger. He is survived by his companion: Wanda Ellis, father: Buford Dugger, sisters: Marla Cardova and husband Frank and Donna Minter and husband David, niece: Victoria Minter, extended family members: Ashley and Steven Reed, Natalie Ellis, Betty Alexander, grandchildren: Braden Gipson, Emalie Gipson, and Kaydence Ellis Flores, numerous other relatives, and friends.
