Rafael Ochoa Barajas

Rafael Ochoa Barajas, 59, of Baytown, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021, in Baytown.

Rafael was born December 3, 1961 in Lourdez Michoacán Mexico, to parents; Rafael and Teodora Barajas, and has been a resident of the Baytown area for the past 47 years.  He was a retired insulator and enjoyed fishing, carpentry, and spending time with his family.

Mr. Barajas was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his wife:  Maria Ochoa, daughters:  Lucia Ochoa, Blanca Ochoa, Esmeralda Ochoa, Maria Ochoa, and Liliana Ochoa, sons:  Rafael Ochoa, Miguel Ochoa, Jonathan Ochoa, and Alfredo Ochoa, sisters:  Rosario Ochoa, Maria Ochoa, and Silvia Ochoa, brothers:  Cristobal Ochoa, Sergio Ochoa, and Roberto Ochoa, grandchildren:  Mark, Melanie, Monica, Brooke, Amaia, Daniel, Mariah, Michelle, Estela, Jocy, Victor, David, Jonathan, Mia, Juanito, Genesis, and Grace, great-grandchild:  Mark Rafael Preciado and one on the way, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, Jun 15, 2021, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Cedarcrest Cemetery in Baytown.
