Paula Sue Duplant Cumming, 71, of Baytown, Texas passed away Saturday, March 6, 2021 at 1:30 pm in Houston, Texas.
Paula was born on June 10, 1949 in Port Arthur, Texas and has resided in Baytown, Texas for the past 30 years. She was a graduate of Thomas Jefferson High school in Port Arthur, a former waitress, and a cashier at Walmart. Paula enjoyed puzzle books, crocheting, cooking, crawfish boils with family.
Mrs. Cumming was preceded in death by her father: Paul Duplant, Jr., mother: Genevieve Begnaud Thomas, sisters: Eleanor Bernard and Anna Marie Duplant, brother-in-law: Percy Bernard, and granddaughter: Heather. She is survived by her husband of 17 years: John Cumming, son: Joseph Robinson and wife Tia, daughter: Brittney Coiro, brother: Lee Duplant, grandchildren: James and wife Jennifer, Christoffer and wife Jackie, Christian and wife Shelby, Alyssa, Brian, Karlee, and Courtney, great-grandchildren: Alexis, Carson, Eli, Jensen, and Easton, as well as numerous other family and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Friday March 12th, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Saturday March 13, 2021, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with graveside services concluding on Monday March 15th at 10:45 am, at the Houston National Cemetery, 10410 Veterans Memorial Drive, Houston, Texas 77038.
