Mildred “Robena” Clupka, 76, of Baytown, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2020, in Baytown.
Robena was born January 19, 1944 in Baytown, to parents; Arthur Willie and Eulalah Bumgardner Fisher, and has been a lifelong resident of Baytown. She was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, attended Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and was a retired CNA in home healthcare.
She grew up attending Trinity Tabernacle with her family, where she accepted and loved the Lord. Robena had a sweet disposition and tender heart; she did not pass judgment on anyone no matter your race, age, or religion. With that love, she adored her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Robena made sure she included all in her nightly prayers. She also had a strong love and passion for animals, especially her horses. She got comfort talking and visiting them daily when she could.
Mrs. Clupka was preceded in death by her parents and husband: Clarence R. Clupka. She is survived by her children: Liz Stripling and husband Trevor, Tony Sorola and wife Rachel, Michael Sorola, Regina Castillo and husband Manuel, Paula Burgess and Albert DeLuna, and Jackie Ortiz, sister: Mary Parker, 15 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m., Monday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, September 21, 2020, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Cedarcrest Cemetery in Baytown.
