Martin Lopez, 55, of Baytown, passed away Tuesday, April 20, 2021, at his residence in Baytown.
Martin was born January 10, 1966 in Matehuala, San Luis Potosi, Mexico, to parents; Andres Lopez Blanco and Maria del Refugio Coronado, a former resident of Houston, and has resided in Baytown for the past 23 years. He was a high school graduate, former machinist, and an entrepreneur. He also enjoyed history, watching his news, and going to the casino.
Mr. Lopez was preceded in death by his father, and sisters: Ernestina Lopez Coronado and Sonia Guadalupe Carmona. He is survived by his wife of 20 years: Linda Gnagy Lopez, mother: Maria del Refugio Coronado, stepdaughter: Linda Smith, siblings: Rosalba Lopez and husband Jose, Valentin Lopez and wife Maricruz, Miguel Lopez, Andres Lopez and wife Lulu, Gavier Lopez, Niko Lopez, and Yolanda Lopez Coronado and husband Javier, step-grandchildren: Michael Patrick Everett, Tiffany LeeAnn Everett, and KyLee Brooke, Chain, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 27, 2021, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Sterling White Cemetery in Highlands.
