Kar Kee “Jimmy” Chow, 75, of Baytown, passed away Monday, Septembers 24, 2018, at the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown.
Jimmy was born October 12, 1942 in China, to parents; Yuk Kiu Chow and Wai Oi Wong, and a former resident of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and has resided in Baytown for three years. He graduated high school in China, was a cook, and owner of a family restaurant. He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and gardening.
Mr. Chow was preceded in death by his father: Yuk Kiu Chow and brother: Jia Yu Zhou. He is survived by his wife: Susan Mah Chow, son: William Chow, mother: Wai Oi Wong Chow, brothers: Ka Shiu Chow and wife Roweena and Ka Cheung Chow and wife Sandy, sister: Jia Mei Zhou and husband Van Jim Huang, sisters-in-law: Jane Chan, Nancy Leung, and Cindy Mah Lauber, grandchildren: Mary Chow and Benjamin Chow, sister-in-law: Hui Ci Chen, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., Friday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., October 5, 2018, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel in Baytown.
