Julie Ana Martinez, 34, went to the Lord on Saturday, September 16, 2017, in Baytown Texas.

Julie was born in Crosby, Texas, and grew up in Baytown, Texas.  She attended Crockett Elementary, Gentry Junior School, and finally graduated from Ross S. Sterling High School

Soon after, Julie became a mother to three amazing children, Andre, Elisa, and Roy III.  Julie spent her time working and building a home for the future of her children.  She devoted her life to the kids.  She was very involved in their activities, including basketball, baseball, dance and band, all while trying to be the best mother she could be.

Julie had a beautiful smile and a heart of gold.  She was spiritual, selfless and understood the definition of unconditional love

“They say there is a reason; they say that time will heal.  But neither time nor reason will change the way I feel.  For no one knows the heartache that lies behind our smiles.  No one know how many times we have broken down and cried.  We want to tell you something, so there won’t be any doubt; you’re so wonderful to think of, but so hard to be without.”

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, September 21, 2017, at Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home.  A celebration of life will be held Friday, September 22, 2017, in the Chapel of Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home.  Burial will follow at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
