Juan M. Garcia

Juan Manuel Garcia, 38, of Baytown, passed away on Thursday, November 22, 2018 at Harbor Hospice in Houston.

A memorial service will be held at Maranatha Church in Mont Belvieu, Texas on Friday November 30, 2018 at 6:30 PM.

Juan was born in Houston, Texas to Jose Jesus Garcia and Rosa Maria Mora on August 13, 1980. He attended Lee High School before joining the Army and then excelling as a pipefitter supervisor. Juan was a family man who lived for his children and was known for his sense of humor and kind heart. Juan touched the lives of many individuals just by being himself and will be greatly missed.

Juan is preceded in death by his mother Rosa Maria Mora.

Juan is survived by his fiancée, Haley Korocy; lifelong friend, Cassandra Nelson and their four children Kath’ryn Garcia, Jose Garcia, Rosa Garcia, and Rhae Vazquez-Nelson; his ex-wife, Erika Arocha, their children Ariana Arocha, Juan Garcia Jr., Ericka Garcia, Antonio Garcia, Sebastian Garcia; his brothers, Jose de Jesus Garcia, and Ivan Mora, and many other brothers and sisters, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, as well as his family in Christ, Jake and Sherri Leavins, Elisa Nieto and Johnny Santana.
