Joseph Adam Diaz, 44, of Channelview, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, June 16, 2021, in Pasadena.
Joseph was born April 27, 1977 to parents; Carlos Diaz and Connie Corona in Big Spring, Texas. In 2006, he married the love of his life, Mary Diaz and started his family in Florida. Joseph moved with his family to the Channelview area in 2019. Joseph was employed as a motorized technician for Brand Safway for 16 years. He enjoyed home projects, outdoor cooking on his grill “Bubba” which he made himself. He also loved spending time with family and friends and was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. He bled blue and always wore his DC gear. Joseph was a proud father and enjoyed including his children in all his projects.
Mr. Diaz was preceded in death by his mother; Connie Corona, mother-in-law; Mary Helen Rios and brother-in-law; Johnny Lopez. He is survived by his wife: Mary Rios Diaz, children: Jayden Diaz, Aryana Diaz, and Joseph Diaz, Jr., father: Carlos Diaz, siblings: Rosario Quilantan, Rachel Lopez, Carlos Diaz, Jr. and wife Crissy, Anthony Diaz and wife Tiffani, and Roxan Diaz, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel.
