Tribute

Jim “Jimmy” Castellano, 64, of Baytown went home to his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 10, 2019.  He was born to parents Encarnacion Castellano and Gloria Castro on July 31, 1955 in Edinberg, Texas.

Jimmy was a very special soul. He had a kindness to him that we take for granted. Even thou he didn’t have much, he made sure to make everyone feel special on holidays and birthdays. Sometimes he’d ask, “Do you wanna order a pizza; I can have it delivered?”. He was always thinking of others and willing to help in any way he could. Jimmy never met a stranger, so it wasn’t uncommon for him to just walk up you people and start talking as if they had known each other their whole lives. Jimmy enjoyed riding his bike around town and listening to hard classic rock like ACDC and Journey. He worked for a staffing company doing various jobs at in numerous places, but his favorite was working at Reliant when the Texans were playing.  Jimmy’s kind heart will be missed by all that knew him.

Preceding him in death are his parents, and brother, Joe Castallano. Left to cherish Jimmy’s memory are his sisters, Linda Yates, Elizabeth Coppersmith, and Pauline Rabel; niece, Gloria Rosales and husband Jonathon; nephew, Justin Ojeda; great niece, Harmony Franco; great nephew, Ozias Rosales; and special pet companions, Snow White and Bella.

John 3:16

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
