Jean Colbert Trawhon, Previous resident of Baytown, Texas, left this earthly home to permanently reside with his heavenly father, December, 16, 2019.
Jean Colbert was born on November 29, 1979 in Baytown to parents, Dr. Colbert and Glenda Heffernan Trawhon. He was a graduate of Ross S. Sterling High School, University Technical Institute, and Oakridge Disciple House in Florence, Texas. He attended Clear Creek Community Church in League City where he currently resided.
Jean Colbert developed his love for fishing and deer hunting at his grandparents’ ranch in Hondo, Texas. He also enjoyed playing golf and entertaining his family and friends. Jean Colbert had a friendly, kind, and loving heart. He could make anyone laugh, quote movie lines from memory, and witness and lead people to God‘s word. Jean Colbert knew Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, accepting Christ into his heart, and is now in heaven singing joyful praises.
Jean Colbert was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jimmy and Dorothy Heffernan of Baytown, Troy and Veta Hale of Vidor, Texas, and Colbert W. Trawhon of Orange, Texas. He is survived by his adored daughter, Lacy; parents, Dr. Colbert and Glenda Trawhon; Best friend and companion, Deborah Marullo; Sister, Misty Trawhon Radicioni and husband Duane; Brothers, Todd Trawhon and wife Trema, Troy Trawhon and wife Leigh Ann and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Jean Colbert’s visitation will be Monday, December 23, 2019 at Crespo & Jirrels funeral home in Baytown, Texas from 1 to 2 PM. A celebration of Jean Colbert’s life will follow Immediately .
