Janice Kay Howard – Kilpatrick

October 19, 1946 – March 20, 2019

Janice Kay Howard - Kilpatrick passed away March 20, 2019 with her family by her side.

She was born to Cletus Renfrow and Eileen Gagnon, October 19, 1946, in Flint, Michigan. 

Jan married Tom Kilpatrick in 2007, and they lived happily together in Old River-Winfree.  Their home was always filled with love.

Jan is survived by her husband Tom, and three children: Lori Barrett (fiancee Tim Crabb), Richard Butcher Jr. (wife Mona Connell), and Robert Butcher (wife Crissy).

Jan played many roles throughout her life.  She was a loving wife and caring mother, but her most treasured role in life was Granny.  Jan is survived by eight grandchildren: Anthony Donatelli, Jarrod Donatelli (wife Devon), Richard Donatelli, Kayla Bollis, Christopher Butcher(wife Lacey), Brett Butcher (wife Gina), Thomas Butcher, and Cooper Butcher. She treasured each and every one of her grandchildren.  If you asked, Jan would proudly exclaim that not only did she have eight grandchildren, but she was Great Granny to nine great grandchildren!

Jan retired from Barbers Hill Food Service after many years of service.  Countless number of Barbers Hill students were fed by Jan, and she remembered every one of their account numbers.  The family asks that in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to Barbers Hill Independent School District (BHISD) Student Lunches.  All donations will go toward  lunch accounts for students in need.
