Isaiah Jamal Fermin, 24, of Houston, passed away Thursday, September 23, 2021.
Isaiah was born July 2, 1997, in Baytown, to parents; Virgilius Glen Fermin and Shemeka Branch Hebert. He graduated from Summer Creek High School and the Culinary Institute of LeNôtre. He found a passion in cooking, but also loved to spend his time hunting, fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with his family.
Isaiah was preceded in death by his sister: Bella Hebert. He is survived by his father and mother: Glen and Andrea Fermin, his mother and father: Shemeka and Sherman Hebert, his grandparents: Rudolph and Terri Kirk, Espanola Frank, and Virgilius and Waziefa Jan Fermin, his siblings: Jaden Fermin, Halie Fermin, Kamron Fermin, Quinshea Roberson, Briunna Roberson, and Jamya Hebert, his aunts and uncles: Michelle and Curtis Poullard, Anesia Lamont, Camelle Fermin and Wilbo Parris, Anthony and Louise Fermin, Brian and Leslie Fermin, Felecia Battle, Gwen Branch, Travis Branch, and Norman Branch, Stephen and Roxanne Johnson, Sedric and Alana Johnson, and Andre Johnson, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 29, 2021, with funeral services at 2 p.m., at the Crespo and Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Baytown.
