Howard Earl Wofford, 76, of Pasadena, passed away Friday, March 6, 2020, at his residence.

Howard was born October 27, 1943 in Mexia and was a longtime resident of Pasadena.  He was a veteran of the Marine Corps and a retired plant operator.  Howard enjoyed gardening, carpentry, cooking and dining at his favorite restaurants. His greatest joy was spending time with family and friends.

Mr. Wofford was preceded in death by his parents:  David and Viola Hughes Ginsberg, brother:  Ronnie O’Neal Wofford, sisters:  Edith Louise Thornton and Beverly Ann Wofford, uncle:  Don Hughes and wife Winnie, and a special friend:  Don Jones.  He is survived by his wife:  Linda Kaminski Wofford, his children:  Terri Woodward, Sandy Klamert, Harold Wofford and wife Jeanna, and Beverly Bomer and husband Scott, brother:  Glen Wofford and wife Gail, friends:  Scott Klamert and David Scivally, Sr., grandchildren: Jessica Fannin,  Christopher Starr, Danelle Wofford, Erron Wofford, Samantha Scivally, Faith Wofford, David Scivally, Jr., Caleb Klamert, Caden Klamert, Clay Scivally, LeeAnn Scivally, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 10, 2020, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel in Baytown.  Graveside services will be held at 1:15 p.m., Wednesday, March 11, 2020, at the Houston National Cemetery in Houston.
