Harry Wayne Larson

Harry Wayne Larson of Baytown, passed from this life March 30, 2022.

He was born September 4, 1940 to Ted and Virginia Larson in Youngstown, Ohio.  He graduated from Stephen F. Austin High School in Houston, Texas.  After high school he joined the Navy and served 8 years.  He was stationed on the USS Midway.   He went to work for Lockheed at NASA. He then became a Union Representative for IAM and later the IUOE.    He was a member of Hillside Church of Mont Belvieu.  His hobbies included showing horses, and hunting and fishing with family.

He was preceded in death by his parents:  Ted and Virginia Larson.

Harry leaves behind to cherish his memory, his loving wife Sheila Larson, twin brother Harold Larson (Anita); his two sons: Dale Larson (Lisa) and Alan Larson (Theresa); Five grandchildren: Nikki, Heather, Julia, Jasper, and Gordon; five great-grandchildren and special friend Carolyn Gorman. Also included are his two stepchildren:  Steffani Burt (Michael);  and Mike Thorne (Christi); three grandchildren: Paxton, Fallon, and  Jacob; and several nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, April 9, 2022, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel in Baytown.
