Tribute

Frank Jay Dean, 63, of Baytown, Texas passed away on January 22, 2020. He was born in Los Angeles, California on August 13, 1956 to parents Frank and Paula Dean. Frank, better known as Jay by friends and family, was a flair specialist as well as an instrumentation engineer within the petrochemical industry. He enjoyed shooting pool and play darts as well as the occasional game of craps. One of his favorite pastimes was to ride his motorcycle and just feel the breeze blowing in his face. Jay found solace while fishing. He especially loves saltwater fishing at the Bolivar Peninsula as well as Rollover Pass.

Jay was preceded in death by his parents, and grandson, Jax James Dean; brother, Dezi Dean.

He is survived by his sons Jeremy Dean and wife, Jenna, Kenneth Dean and girlfriend, Casey Veal, girlfriend, JoAnne Radford;  grandchildren, Kaitlyn Dean, Kade Dean, Rylee Dean, Carolyn Paisley, Timmothy Whitten, and Justin Manley; brother, Darryl Brown and wife, Julie; ex-wife, Paula Dean Moore and husband, J. Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.

He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.

Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.
