Felix Leon Cortes

Felix Leon Cortes, 47, of Baytown, passed away peacefully at home while surrounded by his loving family. Felix was born on August 15, 1972 in Long Beach, New York to parents Felix Luis Leon and Juanita Cortes.

Felix enjoyed the simple things of life like going to the gym and the beach. He enjoyed anything that had to do with the outdoors especially jet skiing. He was a very happy guy and loved his family with all his heart. They were his pride and joy.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents; wife, Naysh Rodriguez-Gerena; sons, Westly Leon Rodriguez, Justin Leon – Rodriguez, Milan Leon-Rodriguez, and Kaleb Leon-Rodriguez; Grandson, Westly Leon; brothers, William Carrion, and Elvis Leon; and best friend, Christian Colon; As well as numerous other family members and friends to cherish his memory.

The family will welcome friends for a visitation on Saturday, March 7, 2020 from 3 to 6:30PM in the chapel of Crespo & Jirrels funeral home. The rosary will be at 6:30 PM followed by the funeral rite at 7.
