Eugenia “Jeannie” Jolene Jones-Plemons

Eugenia “Jeannie” Plemons of Baytown went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 10, 2018.  She was born in Baytown on November 7, 1941, to Ira Jones and Josephine Kerr-Jones.  Jeannie graduated from Lee High School in 1960 and she took pride in being from Baytown and Being an American.

Jeannie is preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Bob” Plemons and her mother, Josephine Kerr-Jones.  She is survived by her son, Jeff Plemons and wife, Cyndi; three wonderful grandchildren, Aaron Colle, R. J. and Hannah Plemons; brother, Dudley Nash; brother-in-law, Norman Plemons and wife, Susan; and nephew, Brice Plemons and wife, Jennifer.

Jeannie loved the Lord.  She was a light that lit up the darkest room; always optimistic.  She never met a stranger and would give the shirt off her back, if needed.  Jeannie loved to dance and had many friends.  She was proud of her family and adored her grandchildren.  Jeannie will be missed and loved by all.
