Eloy Flores

Eloy Flores, 77, of Baytown, passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023, in Baytown.

Eloy was born January 29, 1946 in San Antonio, to parents; Emilio Flores and Minnie R. Rivera.  He was a graduate of George W. Brackenridge High School, attended the University of Houston, and retired from Exxon BOP.  Eloy held his friends and coworkers very dear to him and loved supporting the Cougars by going to games, tailgating, and attending the annual cookoffs.  He also enjoyed playing golf, going to grandchildren’s games, dance recitals, and spending time with his family.

Mr. Flores was preceded in death by his parents and brothers:  Benny, Ernest, and Edmond Flores.  He is survived by his wife:  Lucy A. Flores, daughters:  Lisa Khalaf and husband Nedal and Cindy LaBure and husband Cody, son:  Joseph Flores and wife Sherry, sister:  Carol Richards and husband Glen, brothers:  Emilio Flores and wife Aurelia and Ellis Flores and wife Annette, grandchildren:  Rianna McColloch and husband Dave, Ryan Flores, Ava LaBure, Lucas Khalaf, Lucy LaBure, Dylan Khalaf, and Ellie Khalaf, great-grandchildren:  Everly and Hazel McColloch, numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 13, 2023, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral home Chapel with graveside services at 10:45 a.m., Tuesday, at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio.
