Donna Kaye Burlin

Donna Kaye Burlin, 56, of Baytown departed from this life into everlasting glory on March 15, 2020. She was born on September 15, 1963 in Houston to parents Hillman and Regina Rouse.

Growing up Donna's parents instilled in her a love and admiration for the great outdoors that lasted a lifetime. This was evidenced by the many vacations, camping, and fishing trips she enjoyed with her children, grandchildren, family and friends.

Though small in stature, her strength, tenacity and work ethic were apparent to all who knew her. She raised Dawn and Jason to uphold the standards she set for herself in work and in life. Her wish for her children and grandchildren was that they find happiness in life.

She was preceded in death by her father, and her paternal and maternal grandparents.

Donna is survived by her mother, Regina Rouse; children, Dawn Dee Flewellen and husband, Tommy, and Jason Burlin and wife, Snow; grandchildren, Noah, Nolan, Layna, and Kady; sister, Regina Cobb; brother, Michael Rouse; nieces and nephews, Aaron, Michael, Amanda, Megan, Brittany, Gantsen, Brooke, Madeline, and Micheala; special friends, Lisa and Steve Vickers; and her precious kitty, Baby.
