Debra "Debbie" Hidalgo

Debra J. McGee, 66, of Wallisville, passed away April 22, 2024, at her residence surrounded by her family.

Debbie was born August 3, 1957, in Houston, to parents; James Edward McGee and Mary Jane Taylor Reed, a former resident of Channelview, and has resided in Wallisville for the past 4 years. She attended Channelview High School and was a homemaker and caregiver. Debbie enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, her dogs, watching baseball, but her true love was caring for her family.

Ms. McGee was preceded in death by her parents, and her sister Audrey Watson. She is survived by her daughter: Stephanie Dove Burleson and husband Ricky, grandchildren: Brooke Powell and husband Randy; Dillon Burleson, Ashlee Nezat and husband Tyler; Great-grandchildren: Khloe, Konnor, Peyton, Kinley, Baileigh, Gunner, Arcine, Addison, Abigail, Augustus, and Allison. Her brother James “Jimmy” McGee and numerous other relatives and friends.

Debbie will be deeply missed, but her legacy of love, kindness and selflessness will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
