Deborah M. “Debbie” Crowley Townsend, 66, of Mt. Belvieu, passed away Sunday, January 22, 2023, at her residence.
Debbie was born July 28, 1956 in Alexandria, Virginia, to parents; Carroll and Edna Pearl Rogers Crowley, a former resident of Baytown, and has resided in Mt. Belvieu for the past two years. She was a former hairdresser and followed Bethel Baptist of Rocky Mount. Debbie also enjoyed gardening, cooking, and her bible studies.
Mrs. Townsend was preceded in death by her parents and brothers: Danny Lee Crowley and Cecil Ray Crowley. She is survived by her husband of 35 years: Tracy Townsend, daughters: Stephanie Marie Brunson and husband Kelly, Tracy Ann Wells and husband Robert, and Melissa Lynn Blalock, siblings: Jerry Brown and wife Carol, Linda Crowley Wilson and husband Clyde, Leonard Steven Crowley, and Randy Crowley and wife Reese, grandchildren: Aaron Brunson, Aric Brunson and wife Sarah, Sawyer Wells, and Waylon Wells, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Thursday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, January 27, 2023, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with reception following after. Interment will follow at San Jacinto Memorial Park in Houston.
