Christopher Lynn "Chris" Glass

Christopher Lynn “Chris” Glass, 35, of Dayton, passed away Sunday, April 30, 2023, in Baytown.

Chris was born March 30, 1988 in Houston, to parents; Jack Wayne Glass and Laura Lynn Brinson, and has been a lifelong resident of Dayton.  He was a graduate of Dayton High School, received his Bachelor of Science in engineering with honors in Colorado during his service as a submariner in the US Navy, and employed by Lockheed Martin as a network engineer.  Chris also enjoyed painting, biking, fishing, kayaking, gaming, and will be remembered for his kind quiet soul.

Mr. Glass was preceded in death by his father:  Jack Wayne Glass, uncle:  Justin Glass, great-grandmother:  Jane Nunez, and grandparents:  Jack Glass, Sr., Judy Sturm, and Geraldine Lavergne.  He is survived by his mother:  Laura Lynn Brinson Hogan, daughter:  Maddalena “Maddie” Glass, son:  Sawyer Glass, brothers:  Michael McGlaun, Jr. and Blane Glass, great-grandfather:  Roland Lavergne, grandparents:  Patricia Jane Brinson, Gerald Lynn Brinson, aunts:  Vanessa Terrell Reed and husband Mike, Stacy Delaine McGhee and husband Brandon, and Jeanna Glass, numerous cousins, other relatives, and friends.
