Cecil Anthony Wilson

Cecil Anthony Wilson, 65, of Baytown, went to be with the Lord, Wednesday, December 9, 2020, at his residence.

Cecil was born February 9, 2020, 1955 in Ville Platte, Louisiana, to parents; Peter Wilson and Emily Jack, and has resided in the Baytown area since 1957.  He was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School, earned his safety certifications from Lee College, and was a safety coordinator and essential employee for EMSI/Exxon.  Cecil was also a member of San Jacinto Christian Church.  He took pride in helping the homeless and elderly, and enjoyed watching the Texans and gardening.  Cecil will be remembered as a man that never met a stranger and impacted many lives.

Mr. Wilson was preceded in death by his father:  Peter Wilson and mother:  Emily Jack Patton.  He is survived by his wife of nine years:  Celeste Battle Wilson, children:  Anastasia Roberson Lewis and husband Richard, Maxine Wilson and companion Mike Dunn, Janoy Roberson, Peter Wilson, Ashley Wilson, and Tobe Lewis, sisters:  Virginia Pitre and husband Lee and Cheryl Raymond and husband Walter, grandchildren:  Bailey, Aliyah, Rylee, Zorian, Jordin, Ebony, Joshua, Iriel, and Jeremy, a host of aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friend from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., with memorial services at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 19, 2020, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel in Baytown.
