Carmine Napolitano, 79, of Baytown, was surrounded by his family when he peacefully passed away Thursday, November 17, 2022, in Houston.
Carmine was born August 23, 1943 in Jersey City, New Jersey, to parents; Nicholas and Anna DeLorenzo Napolitano, a former resident of New Jersey, and has resided in Baytown for the past 15 years. He was a retired mason and of the catholic faith. Carmine was fiercely protective of his family; he was a hard worker and made friends with everybody. He also enjoyed fishing, crabbing, westerns and spending time with family and friends. Carmine will be remembered for his big heart, sense of humor and will be missed by all.

Where there is great grief there was great love, we hold him close within our hearts and there he will remain to walk and guide us through our lives until we meet again.
Mr. Napolitano was preceded in death by his parents, siblings: Elizabeth Napolitano, Annie Napolitano, Eugene Napolitano, Elvira Napolitano. He is survived by his wife of 60 years: Kathryn Cash Napolitano, children: Penny Ann Crianza and husband Steven, Sr., Nick Napolitano and wife Anna, Donna Sandor and husband Kenneth, Jr., and John Napolitano and wife Jennifer, sisters: Marie Spadifino, Rose Napolitano, Carol Napolitano, brothers: Nicholas Napolitano, James Napolitano, grandchildren: Steven Crianza Jr. married to Natalee Crianza, Nicholas Napolitano, Kenneth Sandor III, Alexander Napolitano, Joseph Napolitano, Madisyn Napolitano, Samantha Sandor, Gabrielle Napolitano, Paige Napolitano, Lucia Napolitano, great-grandchildren: Emmalee Crianza, Briella Crianza, Whitney Crianza, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., with rosary services at 6 p.m., Tuesday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 23, 2022, at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church with private family interment following at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Baytown.
