Carmen S Martinez

Carmen Salinas Martinez, 92, passed away on Sunday, April 17, 2022, in Simi Valley, California.

Carmen was born on June 30, 1929, in Baytown, Texas and had been a resident of Baytown until 2007 when she moved to California.    She was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and Lee College.  Carmen earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Houston.

Ms. Martinez was preceded in death by her parents, Ascension and Maria Salinas and a son, George David Martinez, M.D.  

She is survived by her son Arthur Martinez, grandchildren Veronica, Jackson, Condessa, and Rigel Martinez and great grandson, Oliver John.

Memorial services will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church on Friday, June 3, 2022.
