Anthony was born on the island of Trinidad on July 2, 1943; to Daniel Ramberansingh and Anna Espenia. He spent 43 years in Trinidad, where he fathered two boys and two girls before he would leave in 1981. He later ventured to the island of St. Croix U.S.V.I, where he was known to many as Tony or “Trini”.
Once settled, Tony would then start his journey working as a government security officer at the University of The Virgin Islands. Known to some as a jokester, Tony was very kind, but he was not easily tricked and you couldn’t pull the wool over his eyes. He was a hard worker and often spent his free time fixing up his home, he could also be found in the garden, playing his harmonica, playing the power ball, or enjoying a game of dominoes with his friends.
He later would meet his wife Hetty with whom he shared a daughter. The two were married in 1999. In 2017 after three major hurricanes, Tony relocated with his wife and daughter to upstate New York. After 3 years in the cold, they ventured on to Texas, where it was a little warmer. Tony enjoyed his time in Texas until he transitioned to eternal peace.
