Susan Paddie

Susan Cowan Paddie, 60, of Baytown, passed away Friday, April 20, 2018, at the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston.

Susan was born July 12, 1957 in Baytown, to parents; Allen L. and Etha D. Payne Cowan, and has been a lifelong resident of Baytown.  She was a former bookkeeper and an avid Astros fan.  She also enjoyed her cats, shopping, gardening, spending time with family and friends, and watching her children do activities.

Ms. Paddie was preceded in death by her parents:  Allen L. and Etha D. Payne Cowan and a nephew:  Dwight Douglas.  She is survived by her daughter:  Erica Zeiders, son:  Derek Paddie, sister:  Daphne Douglas, brother:  Milton Cowan and wife Becky, a grandchild on the way, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, at the Crespo and Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel.  Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Thursday, April 26, 2018, at the Crespo and Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Palms Memorial Park in Dayton.
