Ronald Wayne Miles, 73, of Baytown, passed away Friday, November 24, 2017, at the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown.

Ronald was born October 23, 1944 in Port Arthur, was a former resident of Illinois, and has resided in Baytown for the past 47 years.  He was a graduate of the Port Neches – Groves High School class of 1963, attended Lamar Tech and the University of Houston, was a veteran of the US Air Force with service during Vietnam, and a retired owner of Putt Putt Golf and Games.  He also enjoyed his yardwork, raising chickens, and especially spending time with his grandchildren.

Mr. Miles was preceded in death by his father:  Charles Calvin Miles and wife Lela Mae, mother:  Eula Mae Portie Cimino and husband Tony, brother:  Charles “Tooter” Miles, and sister:  Peggy Miles.  He is survived by his wife of 49 years:  Judy Bolyard Miles, sons:  Brian Miles and wife Wendy and Jeff Miles and fiancé Rachel, sisters:  Patricia Tryer, Kelley Koehler, and Ann Stanley, brother:  Jon Cimino, grandchildren:  Morgan Miles, Hayden Miles, Jacob Miles, Jacee Rae, and Carson Johnston, great-grandson:  Wesley Partin, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial services are to be held at a later date.
