Mary Ann Denney, 73, of Baytown, Texas. Passed away May 30, 2017. Mary was born in North Judson, Indiana to Alex Bacewic and Gladys Johnson.

Mary was a seamstress for her church, she made all the costumes. She was an avid crocheter, a quilter extraordinaire. She loved auctions, and she was a professional garage saler. Mary was a member of Memorial Assembly of God.

Mary is preceded in death by her father, Alex Bacewic; her mother, Gladys Johnson; her husband James Denney Sr.; her daughter, Kayle Lynn Denney; and her sister Beverly Cornwell.

She is survived by Beverly Denney Garza; Tracy Denney Tristan; James Denney Jr.; Jason A. Denney; Cayden Estelle Robinson and husband Timothy; Jessica Harris Reed and husband Jeff; Alex Aulds; Jonathan Tristan; Amber Tristan; Nicholas Tristan and wife Charlene; Patrick Garza; Simon Garza; Brian Kelley; and 4 great-grandchildren.

Serving the family as pallbearers will be Patrick Beal, James Beal, Charles Nichols, Son Beal, Jonathan Tristan, Patrick Garza, and Simon Garza.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 6, 2017 from 5:00pm to 8:00pm in the Chapel at Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 7, 2017 at 10:00am in the Chapel at Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home, Interment will follow at Sterling White Cemetery, 11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd, Highlands, TX 77562.
