Maribel Elaine Brune Anders, 66, of Baytown, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017, at her home.
Maribel was born February 20, 1951 in Columbus, to parents; Clarence and Magdelina Breit Brune, and has been a resident of the Baytown are for the past 45 years. She was a graduate of the Columbus High School class of 1968, an assistant in the management of Royal Purple Raceway, participated in direst sales, and volunteered with many organizations. She held membership with St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and Catholic Daughters. Maribel also enjoyed gardening, collecting, fishing, camping, travel, and photography. For those who knew her, she will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
Mrs. Anders was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Michael Anders, and brother: Delbert Brune. She is survived by her daughters: Yvonne Clements and husband Chris, Christi Lovell and husband Michael, sister: Barbara Meyer and husband Darry, brothers: Elbert Brune and wife Joan, Lambert Brune and wife Carol, and Lebert Brune and wife Elna, grandchildren: Kayleigh Anders, Cody Clements, Abigail Lovell, and Hailey Clements, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., Tuesday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. with rosary services at 10 a.m., Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at St. John’s the evangelist Catholic Church with interment following at Memory Gardens cemetery in Baytown.
