May the light & Life of our Lord provide comfort during this time. I knew Don at REL, but it was during our HS Reunions and Facebook that I was able to know him better. As I watched the snow fall upon the Montana valley the day upon Don’s transition as a Heavenly Spirit, I felt comfort knowing that his earthen struggle and suffering was done, and that our Lord made Don anew like the fresh fallen snow.

Don was an inspiration to all those who came to know him and will most certainly be missed by everyone he worked with in the electrical industry. Don and I became friends when we both went to work at Prism Electric almost five years ago. Shortly after we met, we joked around about which one of us would get fired first, making an assumption that two of us were hired for the same position, well it didn't work out that way, we both stuck. It has always been an honor and pleasure to work with Don, although we will miss his physical presence we can give comfort in knowing his spirit lives on. Our deepest condolences and prayers go out to the Hasten family.
