Donna Sue Williford Cowart, 71, of Baytown, passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2018, at her residence.

Donna was born April 9, 1946 in Orange, to parents; Levi and Donna Green Williford, a former resident of Deer Park, and has resided in Baytown for the past 47 years.  She was a graduate of French High School and attended San Jacinto Community College.  Donna was a former respiratory therapist and a small business owner.  She also enjoyed her cats, music, and visiting with friends and family.

Mrs. Cowart was preceded in death by her parents and husband of 51 years:  Jerry Wayne Cowart.  She is survived by her daughter:  Millie Jane Cowart, son:  Gary Cowart, sister:  Hattie Jane Jones, grandson:  Ian Priest, numerous other relatives, and friends.

The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Tuesday, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel.  Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, January9, 2018, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with interment following at Cedar Crest Cemetery in Baytown.
