Callixta Antoine Paul, 63, of Baytown, passed away Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at the San Jacinto Methodist Hospital in Baytown.

Callixta was born October 21, 1954 in St. Lucia, to parents; Maurice and Justine Brice Antoine, was a former resident of St. Croix and Louisiana, and has resided in Baytown for the past 37 years.  She was a homemaker and member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.  She also enjoyed cooking and especially spending time with family.

Mrs. Paul was preceded in death by her parents and husband:  Appollinaire Paul. She is survived by her children:  Nikia Paul, Merlishia Paul-Ware and husband Jarell, Merylene Paul, Appaloania Paul and husband Drew, Michael Paul, Ashley McAfee and husband Joshua, Neisha Samuel, and Brittany Williams, siblings:  Sara Antoine, Dennis Antoine, Francis Antoine, Patsy Antoine, Patricia Antoine, and George Antoine, grandchildren: Sasha, Adrienne, Nathan, Kaylyn, Kameryn, Coleton, Joshua, Jayson, London, Jehovah, Malcolm, Rhyland, Malaysia, Kassidy, Jordyn, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 2, 2017, at the Crespo & Jirrels Funeral Home Chapel with services concluding thereafter.
